Affiliated Faculty Application
Faculty interested in becoming an affiliated faculty member of Ethnic Studies, particularly those teaching course eligible toward the Ethnic Studies minor, are encouraged to send the following materials attached to a single email to Ethnic_Studies@Baylor.edu:
Letter of application: a brief letter to the current director of the Ethnic Studies Program outlining (a) why you would like to be an affiliated faculty member and (b) how that role emerges organically from your teaching and/or research.
Brief CV: this effectively functions as the supporting documentation for the letter of application.
Letter from department chair: a brief letter (or email) from the chair of the applicant's department recommending you to the position of affiliated faculty of the Ethnic Studies Program.
